One state, one director. Lagos means Lekki, Ikeja, Yaba, Surulere and the Mainland — the whole map is yours.
Responsibility
Recruit 100 verified workers in 90 days. Onboard 50 families and pharmacies. Build a local ops team of 2–3 staff.
Investment
No money down. You bring your network, your leadership and 15 hours a week.
Support
We provide the tech (website, app, Paystack, Trust Score), the Academy training modules, marketing flyers and warm diaspora leads.

Is this a salary job?
No. You take 20% of state revenue. At 50 families, Lagos can realistically do ₦500k–₦2M per month.
What if I miss the KPIs?
There is a 90-day review. We support you first. If it still isn't a fit, we exit as friends.
Can I run my other business?
Yes — as long as you can genuinely give this 15 hours a week.
Do you train me?
Yes. We train you and your verifiers through the Academy (Pillar B) before you go live.
